Policies

To provide the best service for all clients and help prevent last-minute cancellations or no-shows, all appointments must be scheduled at least 48 hours in advance. 

This allows us to: 

• Plan your appointment with care
• Maintain availability for all clients
• Reduce the risk of late cancellations and missed appointments.

We appreciate your understanding and cooperation - thank you for helping us keep your experience seamless and luxurious.

We value your time and ours. To provide all clients with the best service possible, we require that cancellations or reschedules be made 48 hours prior to your appointment start time.

Late Cancellations: Appointments cancelled within the 48 hour window of their appointment start time will be charged a non-refundable retaining fee based on the duration of the appointment. This fee is required to hold your future scheduled or rescheduled appointment. If you decide to not reschedule your appointment you will still be charged the non-refundable retaining fee and it will not be applied to any future appointments made.

No-Shows: Clients who do not show up for their appointment without notice will be charged the non-refundable no show fee and will not be allowed to book any future services.

Appointments  0-30 Minutes long have a Retaining Fee and No Show Fee of $15

Appointments 30-60 Minutes long have a Retaining Fee and No Show Fee of $45.

Appointments 60-90 Minutes long have a Retaining Fee and No Show Fee of $75.

Appointments 90+ Minutes Long have a Retaining Fee and No Show Fee of $105

*Retaining Fee is deducted from next appointment balance.

*No Show Fee is a set fee.

All clients are required to have an up-to-date card on file to hold their appointment.

Cards will not be charged until the service is completed.

In the event of a late cancellation (within 48 hours of your appointment) or a no-show, the card on file will be charged the non-refundable retaining fee as outlined in our cancellation policy.

This policy ensures we can secure your appointment while providing flexibility and transparency to our clients. 

Gift Certificates & Cards are redeemable toward services at Mikaela Leigh Esthetics LLC (MIKAELA LEIGH ESTHETICS) while the spa is in operation. It holds no cash value and cannot be exchanged for cash. Though gift certificates and cards do not expire, they will not be honored if the spa ceases operations. Lost or stolen certificates or cards cannot be replaced.

I reserve the right to change pricing at any time for services and retail items.

All payments must be paid in full after service is received.

There are NO refunds on retail items and/ or services received (including bundles).  ALL SALES ARE FINAL. 

Respectfully, I request that no children under the age of 10 enter the spa.

I have a zero tolerance policy for any physical, sexual, verbal, or emotional abuse to myself, other guests OR other businesses in the building.

Guests who arrive with eye makeup on will not be taken for the service and will need to reschedule their  appointment. 

All gift certificates and giveaway prizes must be used within ONE YEAR of purchase or win date. 

Each visit with Mikaela Leigh Esthetics you will receive Loyalty Peptides. You can build these Peptides up overtime to save money on visits.

You must choose to enroll in Loyalty Peptides at the end of your first visit if you wish to participate.

There are three Loyalty Tiers

-Base

-Bronze

-Gold

Once you reach Bronze your Peptides will be multiplied by 1.25 and once you reach Gold, your Peptides will be multiplied by 1.5. 

All Peptides expire in a year.

Online appointment requests will be responded to daily from 9am to 7pm!

Texts, Emails and DMs will be responded to Wednesday through Saturday 9am to 7pm. Any communication from guests by text, email or DM will NOT be responded to on Sunday through Tuesday!
