Policies

I require all reservations to be scheduled a minimum of 4 hours before. 

We ask that you please reschedule or cancel your reservation at least 1 day (24hrs) before your scheduled reservation start time.

After TWO late cancellations (even for a reschedule), you will be REQUIRED to pay a NON-REFUNDABLE RETAINING FEE based on your reservation duration to hold your future scheduled or re-scheduled reservation. To reschedule or cancel your reservation please text Mikaela at (608) 438 - 2944 or email @mikaelamcwilliams@gmail.com. If the next scheduled or re-scheduled reservation gets cancelled or re-scheduled again, that NON-REFUNDABLE RETAINING FEE will be void and you will be REQUIRED to pay another NON-REFUNDABLE RETAINING FEE.  

Not confirming your reservation is NOT the same as cancelling. Reservations with no communication who do NOT show to the scheduled reservation at all or after the 10 MINUTE grace period, will be charged a NON-REFUNDABLE NO SHOW FEE based on the reservation duration and will not be taken for the scheduled service and will be REQUIRED to pay a NON-REFUNDABLE RETAINING FEE for any future services.  

Reservations  0-30 Minutes long have a Retaining Fee and No Show Fee of $15

Reservations 30-60 Minutes long have a Retaining Fee and No Show Fee of $45.

Reservations 60-90 Minutes long have a Retaining Fee and No Show Fee of $75.

Reservations 90+ Minutes Long have a Retaining Fee and No Show Fee of $105

*Retaining Fee is deducted from next reservation balance.

*No Show Fee is a set fee.

All guests are REQUIRED to have an up to date card on file to hold their reservation. Cards on file are NOT charged until service is completed unless a LATE CANCELLATION/ RESCHEDULE or NO SHOW.

I reserve the right to change pricing at any time for services and retail items.

All payments must be paid in full after service is received.

There are NO refunds on retail items and/ or services received.  ALL SALES ARE FINAL. 

Respectfully, I request that no children under the age of 10 enter the spa.

I have a zero tolerance policy for any physical, sexual, verbal, or emotional abuse to myself, other guests OR other businesses in the building.

Guests who arrive with eye makeup on will not be taken for the service and will need to reschedule their reservation. 

All gift certificates and giveaway prizes must be used within ONE YEAR of purchase or win date. 

Each visit with Mikaela Leigh Esthetics you will receive 150 Loyalty Peptides. You can build these Peptides up overtime to save money on visits.

You must choose to enroll in Loyalty Peptides at the end of your first visit if you wish to participate.

There are three Loyalty Tiers

-Base

-Bronze

-Gold

Once you reach Bronze your Peptides will be multiplied by 1.25 and once you reach Gold, your Peptides will be multiplied by 1.5. 

All Peptides expire in a year.

Online reservation requests will be responded to daily from 8am to 8pm!

Texts, Emails and DMs will be responded to Tuesday through Saturday 8am to 8pm. Any communication from guests by text, email or DM will NOT be responded to on Sundays or Mondays!
