Hi, I’m Mikaela, the founder of Mikaela Leigh Esthetics. My journey into skincare began with a personal struggle I’ve carried since the age of 11: acne. Experiencing it firsthand sparked a lifelong fascination with skincare and beauty, and gave me a deep understanding of how skin concerns affect both mind and spirit.
After working with dermatologists and exploring treatments, I discovered Esthetics—and instantly fell in love with the craft: the chemistry, the rituals, the slow, intentional pace, and the incredible people I would meet along the way. I graduated from The Aveda Institute of Beauty and Wellness in February 2021 with multiple awards and certifications, and continued to refine my skills through private mentorships with some of the Madison area’s finest estheticians, taking every opportunity to master the art of luxury skincare.
In May 2021, Mikaela Leigh Esthetics opened its doors. From the beginning, my vision has been to create a sanctuary that feels intimate, moody, and timeless—where vintage charm meets modern luxury. Every corner is designed as a personal escape, inviting clients to fully relax and immerse themselves in their skincare ritual.
Beyond skincare, I am drawn to tarot, crystals, and spiritual exploration, and find deep fascination in learning from and teaching my highest self. These passions inform the energy and intention I bring to every treatment, creating not just radiant skin but a centered, restorative experience.
Outside of the spa, I cherish time with my husband Brandon, our families, and our twin fur babies, Ace and Ollie. You might also find me with a book in hand or exploring local wineries.

Although we don’t work in the spa room, we are always busy at home modeling/posting on Instagram or TikTok to help you get to know your Esthetician away from the spa!
