Frequently Asked Questions

I am located in the lower level of NBM Beauty. My entrance is in the back of the building by the fence. The door reads 'Emergency Exit Only', but no alarm will sound. Head straight down the stairs to the lobby and I will be at the end of the hallway past the tanning rooms. 

If you choose to enter NBM Beauty please head straight back past the pedicure stations to the kitchenette and down the stairs to the lobby and then down the hallway. 

We value your time and ours. To provide all clients with the best service possible, we require that cancellations or reschedules be made 48 hours prior to your appointment start time.

Late Cancellations: Appointments cancelled within the 48 hour window of their appointment start time will be charged a non-refundable retaining fee based on the duration of the appointment. This fee is required to hold your future scheduled or rescheduled appointment. If you decide to not reschedule your appointment you will still be charged the non-refundable retaining fee and it will not be applied to any future appointments made.

No-Shows: Clients who do not show up for their appointment without notice will be charged the non-refundable no show fee and will not be allowed to book any future services.

Online appointment requests will be responded to daily from 9am to 7pm!

Texts, Emails and DMs will be responded to Wednesday through Saturday 9am to 7pm. Any communication from clients by text, email or DM will NOT be responded to on days the spa is closed.
