I am located in the lower level of NBM Beauty. My entrance is in the back of the building by the fence. The door reads 'Emergency Exit Only', but no alarm will sound. Head straight down the stairs to the lobby and I will be at the end of the hallway past the tanning rooms. 

If you choose to enter NBM Beauty please head straight back past the pedicure stations to the kitchenette and down the stairs to the lobby and then down the hallway. 

To honor the sacred time we share, we kindly ask that any reschedules or cancellations be made at least 24 hours before your appointment.

After two late cancellations (even if rescheduled), a non-refundable retaining fee based on your service duration will be required to secure future appointments. Should a future appointment again be canceled or rescheduled late, a new retaining fee will be applied. Please understand that not confirming your appointment is not considered a cancellation. Appointments missed without notice, or arrivals more than 10 minutes late, will incur a non-refundable no-show fee based on the service duration, and a retaining fee will be required for any future appointments.

Retaining & No-Show Fees:

• 0–30 minutes: $15
• 30–60 minutes: $45
• 60–90 minutes: $75

Texts, Emails and DMs will be responded to Tuesday through Saturday 9am to 7pm. Any communication from clients by text, email or DM will NOT be responded to on Sundays or Mondays!
